Wayne Wheeler

Originally from Texas, thanks to the Army I have called NC home for over 20 years. I retired from the Army after 24 years and have loved being a Realtor ever since. I have continued the teaching, coaching, mentoring process I used during my military career to help my clients either buy or sell their home. I love working with first time buyers and sellers, ensuring they learn and understand the home buying or selling process; and not just pushed through a pipe-line like a faceless transaction.

Since obtaining my license in 2017, and working as a buyer and seller agent, I have also obtained my instructor certification. Now I also am afforded the opportunity to assist my fellow agents across the state with their educational requirements. When I'm not working or teaching, I enjoy plenty of Family time with my wife and four kids.
